ZINC CHROME YELLOW Primer

Single Pack, Air Drying, Alkyd Based Composition with Zinc Chromate Pigment.

Suitable for steelworks and non-ferrous metals in mild industrial and inland environments. It may be used as either shop or field applied primer for all general structural steel, cranes, towers, tanks, equipment etc.

Zinc Chromate Yellow Primer is an air drying primer recommended for direct application on ferrous surfaces after appropriate surface preparation. Suitable for over coating with conventional enamels and chlorinated rubber paints.

Zinc Chromate Yellow Primer is formulated with special type of resin which gives good adhesion and gives Excellent Corrosion resistance to metal. It can be easily brushed or sprayed to form a hard and tough adherent coating.

RED OXIDE PRIMER

Single pack, air drying, oleoresinous composition with zinc chrome & red oxide pigments.

This material is suitable for use as a Primer in the painting system normally followed for enamels for metal surfaces. It is used for the protection of all types of ferrous substrates e.g. steel windows, grills, gates etc.

Red Oxide Primer is formulated with special type of resin which gives good adhesion and gives fair corrosion resistance to metal. It can be easily brushed or sprayed to form a hard and tough adherent coating.

It is an air drying primer recommended for direct application on ferrous surfaces after appropriate surface preparation. Suitable for over coating with conventional enamels and chlorinated rubber paints.

Single pack, air drying alkyd modified composition with Red oxide and Zinc phosphate pigments

Bridges, Cranes, towers, equipment, tanks etc and specially as a primer on general structural steel subject to aggressive atmospheric corrosion

Zinc Phosphate Primer Grey is an air drying primer recommended for direct application on ferrous surfaces after Appropriate surface preparation. Suitable for over coating with conventional enamels and chlorinated rubber paints.

A high performance anticorrosive primer based on Phenolated alkyd medium and Zinc Phosphate pigment. The primer gives satisfactory performance on mild steel surface in aggressive coastal and humid environment. It is compatible with a wide range of top coats, e.g. synthetic enamels, bituminous paints, aluminum paints as well as chlorinated rubber paints.

ENAMEL PAINTS

Single pack, air drying, high gloss alkyd finishing paint

Recommended for use on tank exteriors, structural’s, pipelines, cladding, gantries, etc

It is recommended to apply over metal surfaces after appropriate surface preparation.

Enamel is specially blended alkyd based Synthetic Enamel. It has no added lead or chrome compounds thus making it safe. It has excellent gloss retention and is suitable for a wide variety of interior and exterior metal, wood and masonry surfaces.

EPOXY PRIMERS

Two component, Epoxy Primer with Zinc Phosphate pigment

Epoxy Primer possesses a history of success in various fertilizer, refineries, chemical and other plants applied in diverse areas – tanks, equipment, pipelines, structural steel etc.

ZP has excellent adhesion and better tolerance in field application variables than other types of coatings. Cures to a hard tough film with excellent corrosion & chemical resistance.

Zinc phosphate primer Grey is a general purpose protective primer recommended for protection of structural steel, equipment, conveyors, storage tanks etc in mild to moderate chemical exposure environment. It has good adhesion on steel.

EPOXY MIO (Micaceous Iron Oxide)

Two component, high build, micaceous iron oxide pigmented polyamide cured epoxy coating

This is a two component amide cured epoxy coating. It is a fast drying, micaceous iron oxide (MIO) pigmented, high solids, high build product. Specially designed for new construction where fast dry to handle and over coating times are required. Can be used as mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and concrete substrates. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures.

Suitable for protection of steel structures in aggressive coastal and industrial atmosphere, Application include ship loaders, hopper conveyors, silos, storage tanks, pipelines and general structural’s in fertilizer plants, refineries, petrochemicals etc.

A High build epoxy miceaceous iron oxide coating specially formulated for the protection of steel and concrete surfaces exposed to humid, saline and chemical environment. This coating when over coated by Polyurethane Finish immensely upgrades the anticorrosive performance of the system with outstanding weathering resistance.

MIO paint is recommended for use as a barrier over suitable primed surface for protection of surfaces in Marine and Chemical environments.

EPOXY PAINTS

Two component, high build, polyamide cured epoxy coating

A High build epoxy coating specially formulated for the protection of steel and concrete surfaces exposed to humid, saline and chemical environment. This coating when over coated by Polyurethane finish immensely upgrades the anticorrosive performance of the system with outstanding weathering resistance and colour retention.

This is a two component, polyamide cured, high molecular weight epoxy coating. It has a semi gloss finish with fair gloss retention. Can be used as primer, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric environments or as a final coat in immersed environment. To be used as topcoat in atmospheric and immersed environments.

Finish paint is an epoxy matt coating recommended for application on primer or intermediate after proper surface preparation. This coating when applied in conjunction with proper primer, provides a protection against natural weather, corrosive and humid atmosphere in fertilizer, Petrochemical & chemical processing industry. It possess outstanding mechanical properties viz., adhesion ,flexibility High film thickness can be achieved in a single coat.

COALTAR EPOXY

Coal tar is an economical high build epoxy coal tar having excellent resistance to mild chemicals, corrosive and marine atmospheres. Ideally suited for continues immersion conditions in water and seawater. Strongly recommended for use on structural steel in chemical plants, material handling facilities in ports, pipelines and storage tanks.

BITUMINOUS PAINTS

Single pack, air drying, bitumen based coating

An excellent anticorrosive coating, designed primarily as an external coating for steam boilers. This is based on a specially formulated bituminous medium. It affords high resistance to moisture, saline and fresh water and also acidic fumes. It has various other uses e.g. painting pipe lines, water tanks, chimney stacks, condensers, air-coolers, centrifugal pumps, air ducting’s. It is also used widely in Sugar and Paper factories as an economical anticorrosive black coating for protection of steel surfaces from moisture and acid/alkaline environment.

For underground concrete structures, Black Bituminous paint can be directly applied, as self primer, on the surface after proper surface preparation as given below. Preferably, two coats of Black Bituminous Paint is applied with over coating intervals of about 8 hrs. between the two coats.

It is a heavy duty anticorrosive bituminous coating with excellent water resistance and recommended for use in continuous contact with water, other suggested usages are as underbody coating for railway rolling stock, inside of pipelines carrying water, sewage pipes and treatment plants and structures exposed to moisture.

MASTIC PRIMER

Two component, high build, self priming, rust encapsulating, modified epoxy coating

Mastic is a high build-high solids self priming surface tolerant general maintenance coating for new or old steel. Mastic is used in those areas where blasting is not possible. As a maintenance coating, Mastic protects steel as well as concrete structure in industrial facilities, bridges, tank exteriors, marine exteriors, marine weathering, off-shore, oil tanks, piping, roofs, water towers etc.

This is a two component polyamide cured epoxy mastic coating. It is a surface tolerant, high solids product.

Specially designed for areas where optimum surface preparation is not possible or desired. Can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel and aged coating surfaces. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures.

1. Designed as a high performance maintenance coating for coastal and industrial polluted environments.

2. Self priming; eliminates the usage of primer.

3. Suitable as a touch up coat in projects for weld seams and damaged epoxy coating

4. Can be applied on marginally prepared surfaces; tolerant to lower grades of steel preparation.

ZINC RICH PRIMER

Two component, polyamide cured epoxy zinc rich primer

A two-pack polyamide cured high solid, high build epoxy Zinc Rich Primer with a high level of metallic zinc dust loading for protection of both interior and exterior surface of steel structures, tanks, pipelines, plant components etc exposed to severe corrosive conditions. It is compatible with a wide range of topcoats.

Epoxy zinc rich primer is a highly protective coating recommended for use under very severe corrosive conditions on blast cleaned steel surfaces. It dries fast and is superior to conventional epoxy primers because it imparts cathodic protection to the base metal. The total zinc content in the dry film varies for different Zinc Rich Primers. Depending on the client requirement the correct Zinc Rich Primer is recommended.

Surface Preparation: Blasting to Sa 2.5 is a must for all Zinc Rich Primers. Without blasting to Sa 2.5 proper adhesion will not be there to the substrate.

ZINC SILICATE

A two component solvent based moisture curing inorganic zinc ethyl silicate coating

This is a two component moisture curing inorganic zinc ethyl silicate coating. It is a fast curing, very high zinc dust containing product. It conforms to the compositional requirements of SSPC paint 20, level 2 and ISO12944-5. It provides excellent corrosion protection as part of a complete coating system. It is heat resistant up to 540 °C. To be used as primer in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel substrates only. This product complies with ASTM D520 type II zinc dust.

Corrosion resistant primer that protects steel galvanically, Exceeds IS :14946 specification meets SSPC – Paint 20 Type I – Level II specification Contains Zinc meeting to ASTM D-520 meets to BS 5493 requirement.

Surface Preparation: Blasting to Sa 2.5 is a must for all Zinc Rich Primers. Without blasting to Sa 2.5 proper adhesion will not be there to the substrate.

ACID ALKALI HEAT RESISTANT BLACK TO IS 158

A/A HR Black IS-158 composition is specially developed to encounter mild heat (Maximum 200°C), water and chemical resistant. It is recommended for the protection of condensing plates; funnels, boiler and water tanks etc. It is lead free black coating; No other shade is available in this composition and withstands temperature of 150°C to 200°C
